I have the honour to forward for your

consideration a copy of a police report and supporting

statements regarding attacks in British waters in this

Colony on fishing vessels by a Japanese vessel on the

nights of 24th and 25th October, 1939.

I should be glad if this case also might

be added to those similar cases in which I have recently

requested that strong protest might be made to the

Japanese Government.
